Payment Options

 

Unless specified, you can choose to make payments by Direct Debit, Credit Card, Direct Credit or Cheque.

 

Direct Debit

If you wish to pay by direct debit please download our Direct Debit form.

(Please Note: Direct Debit accounts are processed on the 15th of the month. If the 15 falls on a weekend the Direct Debit will be processed the Friday before the weekend.)

 

Credit Card

ICONZ-Webvisions accepts all major credit cards and the following options are available:
                                
To make a one-off payment please enter our payment online screen – One Off Credit Card Payments. Please put your customer account number in the REFERENCE and PARTICULARS field to ensure that your payment is allocated to your account accordingly.

Monthly Credit Card processing please contact our Accounts Team and they will record your Credit Card Details against your account.

Please ensure your account number is recorded on the back of your cheque, or attach the remittance advice from your invoice.

 

 

 

Payment Terms

 

Except where agreed, payment terms are the 20 of the month following the date of the invoice.

 

 

 

Invoice via Email

 

ICONZ-Webvisions customers can choose to have their invoices emailed to them rather than posted. If you would like to have your invoices emailed to you contact our Accounts Department.

 

 

 

Change Address

 

If you wish to change your account details (Name, Telephone numbers, email address, address) contact our Accounts Department.

 

 

 

Cancelling Accounts

 

If you wish to terminate / cancel your account with ICONZ-Webvisions Limited, we require 30 days’ notice in writing. If you are in a contract term with ICONZ-Webvisions Limited, please note that you may be liable for early termination fees. Please email your request to accounts.nz@iconz-webvisions.com

 

 

 

Change of Ownership

 

If you are selling your business and your account needs to be transferred in full or part to the new owner, please contact our Accounts Department.
